Ever since the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School, more and more states school districts are passing laws and ordinances to allow for the proper training and arming of teachers and faculty in public schools. Is Idaho about to join this list of states that want to protect your kids?

Would you feel comfortable with your child attending a school who’s staff carried firearms?  Do you think this could help in an active shooter situation?

Idaho currently already has one school district equipped with firearms, and now a second district is considering the same.

In 2016, Boise County’s Garden Valley School District became the first in Idaho to hand out firearms (to trained staff of course) in their K-12 schools.
