The question is whether or not a Trump presidency will have an impact on firearm and firearm accessories and if so, will it be a positive or negative impact?
During the eight years of Barack Obama’s reign of terror, gun and ammunition sales in the United States soared. Obama’s ardent push to destroy the Second Amendment rights of American citizens was the greatest gift to firearm and ammunition manufacturers and firearm related accessories. Just the thought of his succeeding in enacting more gun control, drove many law-abiding citizens to stock up on guns, ammunition, magazines, scopes and many other accessories.
In 2012, one gun store owner posted a sign on his door that read:
“If you voted for Barack Obama your business is NOT WELCOME at Southwest Shooting Authority. You have proven you are not responsible enough to own a firearm.”
